I think this falls somewhere between good and great, like very good maybe.  I couldn't give it 10 for 10.  It's not that perfect, but all in all, another very good film from Fernando Meirelles, who was also director for The City of God.

My only question is ... why in the world did he choose to subject himself to go out in this world that horrible way? He heard what they did to the Doctor, GAD!  sobbing
